Xentris

Xentris Tech and Neona Tech, in 104 seconds

Xentris Tech Team3 min read

Summary

A one-minute-forty-four-second video presents both brands: Xentris Tech (a brand of Xentris LLC, formed in Delaware, headquartered in New York with its team in Barranquilla) and Neona Tech (Barranquilla, next-generation solutions for Colombia and Latin America). It shows what we automate, the Studio, Neona's eight service lines, quality aligned with ISO 9001, 27001 and 42001, and the four steps we work by. Our own video factory produced it in one early morning, and that same factory builds presentations for our clients. Narration is in Spanish.

Two brands, one team

Xentris Tech is a brand of Xentris LLC, a U.S. company formed in Delaware, headquartered in New York with its team in Barranquilla, Colombia. We take repetitive work off companies' hands: process automation, applied AI and agents that work on their own, plus a studio that produces spots, presentations and social pieces.

Neona Tech is born in Barranquilla as a continuation of Xentris: next-generation solutions for companies in Colombia and Latin America, with eight service lines and a quality control system aligned with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001. Same team, two front doors: xentris.tech and neona.tech.

What the video shows

Nine screens, each following the brand manual of the company it presents: Xentris in black, white and a violet accent; Neona in deep blue and cyan.

  • Opening: both logos and one line: two brands, one team.
  • Xentris: the Delaware → New York → Barranquilla route, what we automate, and the Studio.
  • Neona: the official logo, the tagline and the eight service lines.
  • Quality: the three standards and a concrete promise: when you decide to certify, the evidence is already done.
  • Method and close: four working steps, both websites and the official tagline.

How we made it, and what it means for your company

One rule: the animation follows the voice. First the script, shot by shot, with the word that triggers each on-screen element; then the voice, from which we read the exact instant of each word; only then the animation. Every screen is HTML using the manual's real typefaces and colors, recorded frame by frame from the browser, so text comes out perfect and the result is identical every time.

A note on honesty: the video says "aligned with" the standards, not "certified". Certification is granted by an accredited body; what we deliver is the quality control system and audit-ready evidence.

This same factory produces presentations for our clients: their brand, their voice, their services, in days rather than months. If you want one for your company, step one is telling us your idea.
